Elaine Kerr

Labour Representative

Elaine Kerr is an Employment Advisor with the Job Connect program at Confederation College. She has been with the program for seven years, three years in Thunder Bay and four years in the Greenstone area. Elaine is presently chair of the OPSEU (Ontario Public Service Employees Union) Region 7 Equity Committee. She has been instrumental in the formation of this committee. She recently assumed a leadership role with the Thunder Bay and District Labour Council as 1st Vice President.

Elaine is highly motivated and passionate concerning not only women’s issues but all equity issues. Elaine is also a Lifeskills Coach as well as a Certified Career Practitioner. She will continue to bring energy and perspective to the NSWPB.
