Frank Pullia is a Certified Management Accountant and Consulting CMA, and has over 22 years experience in management, labour, and ownership of a small business. He is presently the Principal of Pullia Accounting & Consulting.

From 1994 to 1997, while serving on Thunder Bay City Council, he represented the City at both the regional level (Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association) and federal level (Federation of Canadian Municipalities) where he served on the Standing Committee on Transportation, International Programs, and Municipal-Aboriginal Relations.
