Madge Richardson joined the Board as a director in August of 2000. Madge owns and operates Richardson Consulting Services in Schreiber, ON. As a Human Resources Consultant and Trainer she has fulfilled many contracts in the region. Madge's extensive experience as a trainer in adjustment and employment issues along with her passion for the region and its residents' training needs and concerns, has led to her interest and involvement in the North Superior Workforce Planning Board.

In her current role as the mayor of the Township of Schreiber and her position with Confederation College’s Job Connect program (Marathon Office), Madge brings the skills required to carry out her responsibilities as Director on the North Superior Workforce Planning Board. Madge previously served as Co-chair on the NSWPB, representing Business.
