Terry Lynch

Persons With Disabilities

Terry was born and raised in the Thunder Bay area and has lived here for most of his working life. An industrial accident in the early 90s has made Terry dependent on a wheelchair for mobility. Since then, he has been involved with many issues facing the disabled.

Presently, Terry sits on several boards, including HAGI, Independent Living Resource Centre, Disabled Worker Complex Case Network (DWCCN), and the Wheelchair Curling Association. In the past, Terry has sat on the ARCH Legal Clinic (Toronto), Canadian Council for Disabilities (CCD), PUSH NW, Confederation College Board of Governors, the Student Union of Confederation College (SUCCI), and several other sports and rec boards.

Terry has two daughters, a son, and two grandsons.
