The North Superior Workforce Planning Board (NSWPB), Thunder Bay District’s Local Employment Planning Council (LEPC), has released its 2018-2019 Community Labour Market Plan entitled “On the Road to Building a Superior Workforce”.
The Plan provides an overview of Northwestern Ontario’s current population, workforce, employment prospects and economy which all play a role in local decision-making in the Thunder Bay District. The Plan also includes a summary of initiatives that the LEPC has been collaborating on over the course of the LEPC pilot project, as well as identifies strategic goals to move our workforce and our communities forward in the coming months and year.
