Providing leadership during times of change can be especially challenging. Leaders need new thinking and tools to support that process.
NSWPB will be hosting a two-day Change Management Training Workshop on September 9 & 10, 2020.
The training will be delivered online and facilitated by Carrie Plantamura, Vice President, Operations Consulting and Coaching Services, Creative Workforce Solutions.
