North Superior Workforce Planning Board is pleased to announce the launch of its new suite of labour market tools. WorkSCAPE Northwest is the first time WEData Tools are available in Northern Ontario and will change the way people in Thunder Bay District look for work.
WorkSCAPE Northwest contains seven tools:
- A Job Board Aggregator that puts job postings from 25+ job banks in one place.
- A Jobs Map that shows where every active post in the region is, down to the street address.
- A Career Explorer that offers real-time information on occupations in the region.
- A Sector Map that shows what industries employers are in, and what employers post for specific job types.
- A Talent Map that can help pinpoint national and international regions with talent pools that employers or communities need.
- A Job Demand Report that shows which employers post the most jobs, and which occupations they are looking for.
- A Job Search Report that show which jobs job seekers are most interested in.
